Samantha Keely Smith

Samantha Keely Smith (b. 1968, U.K.) received her BFA with Honors in Painting from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, NJ (1991). She is currently based in Brooklyn, New York. She has collaborated with renowned musicians including Richard Barbieri, Lloyd Cole, and SUNN O))), to feature her paintings on album covers. She has had solo exhibitions in galleries across the US including Momentum Gallery, Asheville, NC; Gavin Spanierman Gallery, New York, NY; and Westwood Gallery, New York, NY; and has been in group exhibitions in galleries including ACA Galleries, New York, NY; The Lodge Gallery, New York, NY; DUMBO Projects Space, Brooklyn, NY; HATHAWAY Contemporary Gallery, Atlanta, GA; and Heather Gaudio Fine Art, New Canaan, CT. Her paintings are included in private and public collections in the US, Europe, and the UK.
